How do I return items?

  • Visit our Returns Centre
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

Any item may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, on condition that the item is:

  • In unused and resaleable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Not a non-returnable item (see below)

What items are non-returnable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items which are personalised or customised to your specifications
  • Sale items or gift certificates

What if the item I received is damaged ?

If the purchased product is faulty, contact us as soon as possible using the messaging service at Contact Us. Simply describe the damage and upload pictures of the damaged item. If your request is accepted, we will send you an  instruction on how and where to send your package.

What if there as a component missing?

Very occasionally, it may be possible that an item is delivered with a component missing (for example, a fixing screw or bolt).  Contact us as soon as possible using the messaging service at Contact Us, describing the missing component and upload pictures as required, including a picture of the assembly instructions highlighting the missing component.  We will immediately arrange for the missing component to be expedited to you.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back an item?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Does your Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policies affect my statutory rights?

No, your statutory rights are not affected by our policies.
