Our aim is to offer furniture and other home accessories that you probably will not find in other stores within the European Union. Some products are imported from eastern Europe, including Ukraine. Being outside the EU, that can mean that is takes additional time for delivery, often as a result of requiring customs clearance as products cross the EU border. We endeavour to maintain sufficient stock of goods in our warehouse in Poland in order to provide prompt shipment to our customers within Europe, but this is not always possible. If you ordered a product that is not available at our warehouse in Poland, then it may take some extra two-three weeks to deliver.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
With our online shop being launched at the beginning of 2021, we implemented a FREE Shipping policy for many of our products. So, don`t miss the opportunity to buy goods with free delivery.
Please note that for some products and destinations, paid shipping may apply. The shipping cost depends on the delivery region and the total order value and can be checked using the shipping calculator on the product page or at the ckeckout. Free shipping applies to all products on orders of €500 or more.
Shop AliBene delivers products internationally.
International shipment is available to the following EU countries – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and non-EU countries – Norway and Switzerland.
Shop AliBene do not ship orders to countries that are not listed here, nor to the islands of Europe.
Shipment processing time
All orders with available products are processed according to the schedule indicated for each product on the product page. Orders are neither shipped nor delivered at weekends or public holidays. Products that currently are not available at our warehouse may take some extra two-three weeks to deliver. In this case we will inform you in advance via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For oversized or bulky items from certain suppliers, delivery is typically carried out on a delivery to curb basis, meaning the shipment is delivered to the nearest accessible point at the address (building entrance or ground floor). Carriers are generally not responsible for bringing items inside or upstairs, so additional assistance may be required.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing the tracking number(s) of your shipment.
Taxes
Shop AliBene includes Value Added Tax (VAT) in the price of products sold.
Damages
Shop AliBene is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us or the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until a claim is resolved.
