Refined in its simplicity, Tendence is produced in precious solid beech wood.
Water-stained solid beech wood structure with polyurethane finish. Seat in beech plywood padded with polyurethane foam. Back in solid wood with steel connecting element.
DESIGNERS
LEPPER SCHMIDT SOMMERLADE
These three designers, born in the late fifties and early sixties, after attending design courses at the University of Kassel and also in architecture for Christian Lepper and having worked individually, in 1992 decided to put together their experiences and to set up the LSS associated firm. Some of their products designed for TONON are still in the collection after many years, demonstrating and confirming their fantastic approach to industrial design. Unfortunately Christian Lepper passed away prematurely in 2008 and after a few years the studio in Kassel was closed.
